Welcome to Daisybee Flower Decor & Events. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Confirmation

• All event bookings must be confirmed with an advance payment.

• The booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the agreed deposit amount.

• Dates are reserved strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Payment Terms

• A non-refundable advance is required to secure the event date.

• The remaining balance must be cleared before or on the event date as agreed.

• Additional services or last-minute changes may incur extra charges.

• Payments once made are non-transferable unless mutually agreed.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation by the client must be informed in writing.

• Advance payments are non-refundable.

• If the event is postponed, the booking may be adjusted based on date availability.

• In case of unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), both parties will mutually discuss rescheduling options.

4. Changes to Event Requirements

• Any changes to décor themes, venue details, or event timing must be informed in advance.

• Last-minute changes may result in additional charges.

• Daisybee Flower Decor & Events reserves the right to adjust designs based on flower availability or seasonal limitations while maintaining overall theme quality.

5. Client Responsibilities

• The client must ensure venue access at the agreed setup time.

• Required permissions from venue authorities must be arranged by the client.

• Any damage caused by guests to décor materials will be chargeable.

6. Force Majeure

Daisybee Flower Decor & Events is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, or unforeseen emergencies.

7. Photography & Promotion

We reserve the right to use event photographs and videos for promotional purposes (website, social media, portfolio) unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Liability

While we take utmost care in execution, Daisybee Flower Decor & Events shall not be held responsible for:

• Venue-related issues

• Vendor delays not under our control

• Personal injuries or property damage during the event

9. Agreement

By confirming the booking and making payment, the client agrees to all the above terms and conditions.
